Trang joined Fusion as Group Finance manager with nearly 10 year experience of Finance & Risk management field in big companies. Possessing a diversified range of professional experiences in transforming Finance system at Vinpearl and leading multiple advisory project of SOP & IA development at a Big 4 audit firm, Trang accompanied with Fusion’s properties such as consulting finance and tax accounting issues, performing internal audit period, monthly P&L performance analysis and annual budget review. Moreover, Trang also has a solid educational background from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and various management skills courses.

Vu Dieu Linh

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Linh Vu leads the company’s HR strategy and operations, enhancing our organizational structure and reinforcing our dedication to making Lodgis Hospitality and Fusion Hotel Group great workplaces with ample opportunities for long-term career growth. Prior to joining Lodgis, she was at Sun Hospitality, BIM Hospitality, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels. Her approach to HR management aligns seamlessly with our values and mission to attract, develop, and retain top talents.

Christophe Buchart

Group Commercial Director

Before joining Fusion, Chris was Area Yield Manager in Indochina and the Philippines with Hotelbeds. He took responsibility for managing key accounts, conducting in-depth analysis to determine strategy, and providing efficient and scalable solutions to improve organizational processes. Christophe was Group Revenue Manager for Fusion in 2015 where he helped achieve financial targets through effective revenue management and distribution strategies. As a Group Commercial Director, Chris will lead the team of Sales, Marketing & Revenue alongside hotels’ general managers to achieve the business goals.

Maarten Perdok

Technical Services Director

Maarten contributes to leveraging the overall guest experience and brand philosophy in finding creative ways that combine smart solutions, optimize designs, and improve operational efficiency that embrace Fusion’s sustainable strategy and its growing portfolio of creative and innovatively designed hotels and resorts. Previous roles include Fusion’s Hospitality Development Director from 2017 to 2021. Now he continuous in the role of Technical Services Director, that will see him further strengthen the link between operations and design.

Markus Gloor

Regional Director

Mr. Markus Gloor, a Swiss national with three decades of experience in the hospitality sector in Switzerland and Thailand, joined GLOW Hotels & Resorts in 2014 and helped establish and grow the brand until its merger with Fusion in 2021. He has also contributed to the expansion of the brand's presence in Thailand, overseeing the launch of new hotels and ensuring the smooth operations of other GLOW and Fusion Hotels & Resorts. In early 2025, he was promoted to the position of Regional Director for the Group. As Regional Director, he will oversee our properties in Thailand, working closely with owners and general managers to ensure staff satisfaction, enhance the guest experience, and meet business goals while driving growth in Thailand and neighboring countries.

Vu Khanh Truong

Group People Development Manager

With two decades of extensive experience in capacity building, personal development, and leadership, Truong's professional journey encompasses a variety of industries and sectors. He dedicated 10 years to working with esteemed NGOs such as UNDP, World Vision, Save the Children, and Saigon Children’s Charity. He spent 8 years in the hospitality industry in Vietnam and 2 years in the banking sector. Mr. Truong has inspired colleagues by introducing innovative ideas and effective training programs. His initiatives have supported businesses and leaders in maximizing employee potential through training aligned with sustainable development strategies, fostering cohesive teams, and enhancing work efficiency. At Fusion, he will lead training programs for Fusion Stars across our hotels and resorts, ensuring consistent service quality and embodying Fusion's hospitality spirit. His efforts will also focus on enhancing the personal skills of our team members, contributing to their professional growth and our commitment to wellness-inspired hospitality.

Bui Thanh Trung

Group IT Director

As Fusion’s Group IT Director, Trung takes care of IT operations at corporate head office, and provides support for the hotels. His experience in information technology spans more than a decade, including the role of IT Director with Oceanami Villas & Beach Club where he was responsible for relating IT & ELV during their opening period, taking care of their network infrastructure, PMS, POS and maintaining compliance with inventory interfaces. His technical skills in network management, database systems and operational systems in a hospitality context provide great value to Fusion.

Nguyen My Quyen

Group Human Resources Manager

With 11 years of experience under her belt, Quyen has built a strong reputation in the hospitality industry for HR management. Prior to her role at Fusion Group, she worked for Accorhotels and Vingroup for 8 and 2 years respectively. She has held many important roles in both human resources and training. She also possesses a strong understanding of hotel operation. She came to the realization that talent management and organizational culture are what she prefers working at.
