Currently is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), David brings to us more than 20 years of experience in the Asian hospitality sector. To support Fusion’s long-term strategy, David is responsible for driving growth, developing our brands in new markets across Asia Pacific and improving the performance of our existing hotels.  To complement the growth and performance his focus will be nurturing the relationships with our partners and enhancing the positioning of our Brands.

Canadian-born David has joined the Vietnam-based team from his previous base in Thailand where he most recently oversaw global development for Dusit International focused on growth in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.  Prior to that he spent nine years with Onyx Hospitality Group in Bangkok as Vice President, responsible for company growth in the Southeast Asian market and as Vice President in charge of Operations and Hotel Openings.

Christopher Hur serves as Chief Executive Officer, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and overall platform development.

Christopher brings nearly two decades of hospitality and real estate investment experience across acquisitions, development, operations, and asset management. He recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a Southeast Asian hospitality platform backed by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital. Previously, Christopher spent nearly a decade at Host Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest lodging REITs, where he held senior investment positions in the Asia Pacific and the United States. He began his career in investment banking and real estate private equity at Lehman Brothers, with postings in New York and Hong Kong.
