Randy leads the Indonesia development and strategy, enhancing our development plan and portfolio for the Indonesia market. Prior to joining Fusion’s, he was with Delonix Group where he most recently focused on strategic investment and development as a Director of Development. Prior to that Randy also spent 6 years with RedDoorz Group as a Head of Multi-brand business responsible for the group’s brand and portfolio growth. Randy has also held a number of positions in operations at Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton in Indonesia.
