LE THI NAY _ FUSION RESORT PHU QUOC

There’s something special about a steaming hot bowl of bun bo Hue to get the day started. This spicy beef noodle soup packed with deliciously wholesome taste and flavour is guaranteed to put a hop, skip and a jump in your step as you go about your morning. It’s Le’s favourite way to start the day and, like this popular Vietnamese dish, she’s from Hue too so it reminds her of her hometown and childhood breakfasts before heading off to school.

Le is a very customer focused in her approach to being a Fusionista, taking her role seriously and making sure her guests have a great time with Fusion. She’s a natural gather of information, always willing to listen to others and share her knowledge about the resort and Phu Quoc Island. She’s also big on self-development, both professionally and personally, and is keen to improve herself as a person, listening to advice from guests and colleagues, and taking a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Although not from Phu Quoc, Le has built up a tremendous knowledge of the island and can’t wait to share this with guests, listening attentively to their questions and making suggestions of where to go and what to do. Her favourite place in the resort is the garden that sits in the centre of Maia spa, full of fragrant pepper trees that the island is famous for. For her, it’s a place for calm reflection where guests can relax before enjoying a massage or perhaps the spa’s signature natural living pepper treatment.
