Currently is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), David brings to us more than 20 years of experience in the Asian hospitality sector. To support Fusion’s long-term strategy, David is responsible for driving growth, developing our brands in new markets across Asia Pacific and improving the performance of our existing hotels.  To complement the growth and performance his focus will be nurturing the relationships with our partners and enhancing the positioning of our Brands.

Canadian-born David has joined the Vietnam-based team from his previous base in Thailand where he most recently oversaw global development for Dusit International focused on growth in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.  Prior to that he spent nine years with Onyx Hospitality Group in Bangkok as Vice President, responsible for company growth in the Southeast Asian market and as Vice President in charge of Operations and Hotel Openings.

Don was an early investor in Fusion, and was instrumental in expanding its business. As the founder of VinaCapital, he has overseen its growth into a leading investment management and real estate development firm with a diversified portfolio of over $3bn of assets under management. Over the past 16 years, VinaCapital has invested nearly $6bn in Vietnam. Prior to founding VinaCapital, Don was a partner in PwC Vietnam, where he led the Indochina corporate finance and management consulting practices."

As Vice Chairman of Lodgis, Peter is responsible for the overall management, business activities and strategic direction of the Group. Previously, he was Asia Pacific Managing Director of Host Hotels & Resorts, and he has nearly 30 years of experience in the region. Prior to Host, Peter held a range of banking, investment, and advisory positions, including CFO of Ripplewood Lodging in Japan and head of the Asian real estate investment banking group for JP Morgan in Hong Kong.

Christopher leads the company's overall investment and growth priorities. His responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, project development oversight, funds management and capital fundraising. Previously, he was the Regional Vice President, Investments at Host Hotels & Resorts, the largest hospitality REIT in the US. Chris has held positions in investment banking and real estate private equity at Lehman Brothers’ New York and Hong Kong offices. During his 16+ year tenure in the Asia-Pacific and the USA, Chris has successfully completed several hotel real estate investments, divestments, M&A, management contracts, and fund-raising, involving various transaction structures and across geographies.

Previously Regional Director and Fund Controller at LaSalle Investment Management, an investment arm of JLL, Winnie served as co-Controller to its US$3bn Asia Opp Fund III and Controller to Asia Opp Fund IV and V. She also led project-level financing for Singapore, Thailand and Australian investments, and successfully raised/ refinanced over US$2bn debt.
