NOGUCHI _ FUSION MAIA DA NANG

Mr. Noguchi is the Japanese guest care duty manager at Maia Da Nang, a Fusionista role he is extremely proud of and takes incredibly seriously. Early morning you’ll often find him near Fusion Maia’s breakfast buffet, extolling the delights of their home-made granolas or the pumpkin spice matcha latte, or suggesting you try the à la carte menu with a tropical sunshine smoothie bowl on the side. He knows his stuff and is happy to ask Chef Dung to share recipes with guests!

 

Noguchi loves getting to know his guests and can be fanatical with sharing his knowledge about the resort, Da Nang and surrounding countryside. Once he finds out what you’re interested in or would like to experience he’s a wealth of information and will dedicate his time to finding you the right place to visit or activity to take part in. We’re not saying he’s obsessed, but he does get immense enjoyment from seeing his guests happy.

 

He’s also a hit with the girls, and the many young Japanese ladies who visit the resort for its indulgent spa treatments and idyllic location. He’s happy to spend hours showing them around, perhaps suggesting afternoon tea on the terrace or evening cocktails watching the sun set over the ocean at the resort’s Fresh bar. He appreciates many of them are looking for Instagram opportunities and knows the best places to grab that all important selfie to show the world what a wonderful time you are having!
